By accessing or using any product or service operated by Optimal Data LLC (“Optimal Data,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Optimal Shopping and this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Optimal Data LLC provides data-driven consumer products. Our current live product, Optimal Shopping, is a real-time grocery price comparison tool. We may add, modify, or discontinue services at our discretion with or without notice.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our products without authorization
• Use automated tools to access our services in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Impersonate Optimal Data or any of its employees or partners
• Use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on our products and website are the property of Optimal Data LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Pricing Data Accuracy

Optimal Shopping strives to provide accurate, real-time pricing data from retail sources. However, prices displayed may differ from in-store prices due to data latency, promotions, regional variations, or retailer changes. We make no warranty that prices displayed are current or accurate at the time of purchase. Always verify prices directly with the retailer before making purchasing decisions.

6. Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@optimaldata.org if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
